In addition to our remote Service Desk solution, velos-IT can,
for larger sites, provide on site first line support for your desktops, portables and mobile devices including the applications running on them.

Primarily used to provide as necessary hands on support these on site staff are backed up by the breadth and depth of our remote support team and operate to the same ITIL standards and processes that are intrinsic to all aspects of velos-IT's operational procedures.

They are also an integral part of our overall service desk and can, if agreed with the customer and when not being used to support on site customer issues, be working remotely on behalf of another customer.

This can then result in on site support being provided at a fraction of the cost due to the cost being shared with other remote customers.
