in the UK and Australia acts as a first point of contact for all of
our supported customers.
Our service Desk team, who are all experienced and skilled IT staff, act as a first line of support for our customers and provide front line management for the plethora of monitoring systems that we have that are constantly checking the stability and performance of our customers' systems.
Even where a customer has only requested 09:00 to 18:00 coverage we continue to monitor and react to critical system issues on a 24x7 basis.
Each and every customer will have their own agreed SLA's which are constantly monitored within our ticketing system and have automatic early warning escalation of any tickets that may be in danger of breaching SLA.
Our ticketing system and monitoring tools are then used on a monthly or quarterly basis to produce a broad range of reports which detail the effectiveness of the service ensuring that the Service being delivered meets with the Customer's requirements.
