For the last few years velos-IT have grown revenues at or about 30% per annum.

This has been mainly achieved through our reputation and our customer base recommending velos-IT to other potential customers more often than not without our knowledge.

Over the years we have also increased the list of services we offer mainly through existing customers requesting that we expand the services we provide to support additional areas of their IT portfolio.

Having our customers act as our main avenue for sales, while unusual, is a great way to do business.

While adding new customers is important, we recognise that customer retention is equally if not even more important. Ongoing service delivery, value for money and continuous improvement are therefore key attributes of a velos-IT service.
