At Velos-IT we focus not just on quality but on efficiency as well. While we recognise that a strong Quality Focus is critical in delivering a high Quality Service, we apply our Quality Focus with a detailed attention to efficiency.

Our aim is provide high Quality Services in an efficient way through easy to use repeatable, highly automated processes, that are easily measured, reviewed and enhanced to continually improve the quality and efficiencies of the processes used.

Our processes which are ISO 9001 accredited, and ITIL/ SEI CMM based, are both highly graphical and interactive so as both our employees and our customers find them an advantage to use and develop. Our systems Monitoring and Management are highly automated and integrated into our Service Desk system such that Incidents, Activities and Problems are always captured, tracked and escalated as necessary through to closure.

While we have adopted our internal processes to match the individual requirements of each of our customers, we can easily transfer best practice concepts that have been developed for one customer to another, therefore providing process improvement and efficiency sharing opportunities across all of our customer base.

To further assist in the delivery of our Quality Service we have invested in our Research and Technology Centre (vRTC) which carries out research, experimentation and testing of new hardware, software, tools, methods, processes and technologies. Through the use of our vRTC in addition to ensuring that appropriate testing is carried out on any customer enhancement prior to going live, it also ensures that Velos-IT is aware of and can recommend potential new solutions that would improve the efficiency of our customers, of Velos-IT or both.
